We recognise the African proverb that “when you pray, you need to move your feet”. As such we encourage action and are in a position to assist with professional project management, implementation and support.

  • Key role player and founding member of the Event Greening Forum in South Africa
  • Project managed and implemented the Greening of COP17/CMP7 in Durban on behalf of DEA and in partnership with eThekwini Municipality (December 2011)
  • Eco Audit of South African Association for the Conference Industry (SAACI) Annual Conference (July 2011)
  • Input into the development of the National Greening Framework for DEA, specifically the section on Event Greening (March 2011)
  • Compilation of the Smart Events Handbook, as well as the Event Greening Guidelines, for the City of Cape Town (May 2010)
